Drivers and commuters who ply akoti junction to Senya Bereku , Gomoa Fetteh road has applaud President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and director of communications at the office of the presidency who comes from the area Mr. Eugene Arhin for Fulfilling their promises for construction of their deplorable road from akoti junction to Senya Bereku in the Awutu Senya West Constituency.
According to the drivers the state of the road was a huge burden on them since there were being attacked by Arm robbers during night.
If we could recall, during the two day tour to the central region, the President stated that, through the lobbying by Eugene Arhin the road will be constructed to honor the late Harona Esseku Founding Member of New Patriotic Party, and also former national chairman of the ruling party and was an indigene of Senya Bereku. With this promise, construction works has begin on the 10 kilometer Road.
The Drivers made this known to Mireku Nyampong after director of communications at the office of the presidency and the DCE for Awutu Senya West inspected the ongoing construction.
Also, director of communications at the presidency Eugene Arhin said he’s happy through his efforts the road which has been a major challenge facing them is been constructed.
He added that, the npp government will continue to construct all deplorable road which he has already started in Awutu Senya West
Mr Eugene Arhin Bentum charge the contractor to employ some youths within the constituency.
Finally, Hon Joseph Aidoo, DCE for Awutu Senya West District thank the president, Mr Eugene Arhin for fulfilling their promises within this short time and is going to help drivers using the road.
