The Cape Coast District Court II, presided over by Her Worship, Mrs. Bernice Mensima Ackon has adjourned the case of the murder of Georgina Asor Botchwey to 22nd November 2022.
This is the fourth hearing of the case but the victims were not present at the court.
In an interview with the media, the family Head of the deceased Georgina Asor Botchwey, Papa Annan Swanzy, said the family want justice and the way and manner the case is being handled is not appreciable to the family.
He said, the suspects are in Accra now and according to the prosecutor, no money to fuel the vehicle to bring them to Cape Coast for the court hearing today.
Also, Madam Kate Swanzy (They Go), auntie of the deceased, called on government to expedite the judicial system to suit the poor because the family want justice for the deceased Georgina Asor Botchwey.
